M14 Fiber Optic Vacuum Feedthroughs with ST Fiber Optic Connectors, 200-2500 nm (UV/VIS/NIR) 100 µm fibre cables
These M14 feedthroughs are designed for use with fibre optics in vacuum chambers, such as for plasma and coating deposition monitoring. They can be used in chambers with wall thicknesses of 3-10mm.
The vacuum feedthrough assembly consists of an M14 housing with O-ring and two ST fibre optic connectors to allow easy coupling to fibre-optic cables and probes. Two extra ST fibre interconnects should be ordered separately.
The vacuum feedthrough can be delivered for all fibre diameters, from 50 μm up to 1000 μm for UV/VIS/NIR. A high-temperature version of the vacuum feedthrough is also available, enabling the device to withstand temperatures up to 200°C.
