Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Please contact us with any international shipping questions.
HeyOptics is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to HeyOptics within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from HeyOptics.
