The 4-Port USB 2.0 1.1 Fiber Optic Extender over 1 fiber is a kit that includes a transmitter and a receiver, which can extend USB devices to a remote location over 1 fiber cable. The maximum distance is 20km over singlemode fiber or 250-meter over Multimode fiber. An integrated four-port hub allows for the extension of up to four USB devices without the need for an additional hub. The extender is an easy-to-use, plug and play device with no setup required. It comes a transmitter and a receiver that provides 5V power throught the host USB 2.0 type A connector, the transmitter is powered by an external power supply and supplies power to the USB 2.0 device through the USB 2.0 A type connector.

The USB 2.0/1.1 fiber optical converter uses a special USB PHY to meet the requirements of USB 2.0 protocol,and uses 1.25Gbps SFP to complete the photoelectric conversion and realize the stable transmission of USB 2.0 signal.
