These ultra-high vacuum (UHV) compatible Vacuum fiber optic feedthroughs CF63 (also known as 2.75" CF), made from 304L or 316L stainless steel. The 9/125 SMF-28 Singlemode fiber has a numerical aperture (NA) of 0.22 and is equipped with standard FC/APC connections on both the vacuum and air sides.
Conflat (CF) flanges are normally used for processes requiring ultra high vacuum pressures, down to 10-12 Torr, and are typically sealed with soft metalic copper gaskets. These CF flanges are made of 300 series corrosion-resistant stainless-steel.
